​From Nidderdale, through Ribblesdale, Malhamdale, Wharfedale, Dentdale, Wensleydale to Swaledale (not forgetting the many side dales), each dale has its own distinctive character and features, but all are bonded by high fells, countless miles of drystone walls,  field barns, tight knit villages and country pubs.  They're a wonderful place to visit and explore, especially with a camera in hand.
